i work for marriott hotels. so we open 24/7/365 it does suck once in a while

work tonight til 11 but off tomorrow however dec 31st work 3pm-11pm then back jan 1st from 7am-3pm

4-10pm on christmas.... no big deal... hospitals dont close for holidays...

We never shut down either. I agree with you not a big deal.
