Default Where to camp for Moab Easter Jeep Safari

Thinking of making the trek to Moab for the Easter Jeep Safari this year (2015).

Where do people tend to camp? Never been to Moab, so the more info, the better.

Thanks -

Well, if you want a campground with amenities, better start calling now...if they aren't gone yet they will be soon. If you truly rough it, just wheel out to a spot in the desert and set camp. That's what I've always done out there. Some words of caution though...take firewood, it will be at a premium there and can also be hard to find during that week. Also be prepared for big crowds and long waits on trails. Watch out for idiots. There's plenty there. Good luck!
