That's not a question someone else can answer for you. It all depends on how much you want to spend and what you want to do with it. The higher you go, the more it costs. Not just the lift price either. If your 4.5" lift doesn't bother to mention an adjustable track bar or lower control arms, you can tack those on to the price. What about sway bar discos or at least longer links? There is a pretty big difference in price between a 4.5" and a 3-3.5" lift. With these rigs it seems like everything you do to them requires 3 other mods to make everything work right. Narrow down what your goals and price limits are and you can get more helpful advice. I'm not trying to talk you out of the larger lift (it seems like most people with the 3" class lifts want more in a week or so. Including me) Just do some reading on this site about people lifting their stuff and get an idea of what to expect. You'll get some rather strong opinions from both sides of the fence about your D35 too. Most people will say 33's will be pushing your luck if you plan on wheeling it too hard. I'm no expert, just pointing out some things to get you started.

You want to run the biggest tires with the least amount of lift essentially. The best way you can really figure out what suits your needs is to take it off road and see what's limiting you, upgrade that part, and see how it works.
:Edit: Agreed with Stowe the Dana 35 it would be one of those parts you would want to upgrade if you plan on wheeling 33's+. 8.25's 29 spline are pretty easy to come by and a good upgrade. Stronger than a 35 and an inbetweener of the D35 and D44. Eventually you'll want a locker and you won't want to buy a locker for a inferior D35.
