Found the headlight ****. It was dark and I had no flashlight, and the door switch did not work (and still doesn't, 4 years later) so the overhead light was not on. I didn't know I could push it to turn it on (it's a '99), and I need to find the **** to turn it on that way. I knew that most newer (97ish+) vehicles were putting them on the turn signal lever, so I was looking all over there, and on the dash panel above where it actually is. It was a good 4-5 minutes before I FINALLY found it. And here's the kicker...my old '76 Cherokee I was replacing and had been driving for the last 6 years had it on a pull-type **** in almost the exact same spot. I was just SO sure it wouldn't be there...
Anyway, the next day, the first thing I did was wheel it a little, and knocked both rear flares off with the tires.

The first thing I did to my jeep when you got it???
The first thing I did was put a skull & crossbones front license plate on it of course! Now I'm wishing i would have waited to get the one with flames in the background.

Fixed the collision damage. Mine was wrecked front and rear when I got it. Had to replace the radiator before it would run reliably because it had a 2" diameter hole around where the drain used to be.

jesus christ....
