Default What would you pay for a 99 Cherokee Classic....

With 149,xxx miles in great condition. 4.0 ltr, 4dr, 4x4, just a tad bit of rust on the tailgate door?

I just bought my 99 sport, payed $4000. OTD it was at a stealership though private party may have been cheaper.

bought my 2000 with 85k for $5100 in great shape no rust. I believe I overpaid.

For yours I would say $2500-$4000

Thanks. Was thinking about selling it, but my dad wants it pretty bad. Would hate to charge him for it...maybe if I win the Publisher's Clearing House sweepstakes, I will just give it to him...lol.

I'd say something like 2000$, if its only a little bit of rust on the tail gate, you can take care of that yourself. I bought my 97 Cherokee Sport for 950$ and the body / interior was is immaculate condition.

I paid $4100 for my 1998 about 2 years ago.

It was from a used car dealer, but it was in pretty good shape & I had looked at tons of XJ's & was tired of looking.

It had about 142,000miles on it.

Paid $2200 for mine 4 months ago with 128k. No body rust, some undercarriage rust, no holes. Location plays a part in the price though.

I paid $4300 for mine.... 1 owner, full records, not a ding on it and 129k on the odo.
