Ahahah! I had one come up behind me on the street and honestly, it was a little nervous. Pretty sketchy. Imagine a collision with that thing... Heres the pic of it behind me.

I saw three black totally unmarked vehicles that looked just like this driving ominously slow down a country road about six months ago. I was the only vehicle on the street, pretty eerie. My XJ was frightened. Haha. Anyway, I'd squeal in delight, then in fright, and get the hell out of that tanks way.
