Those are Jeep Moab rims. Factory aluminum rim on Rubicon TJ's.
They continued using the Moab on most JK's in a 17" wheel with a different bolt pattern.

EDIT: Just saw that you live in Apple Valley... I grew up in Phelan but live in Nashville, TN now.

Thanks! Just moved back here, was in CO for 16 years, and then TX for the last year...glad to be back in the hi dez, mountain trails 20 min away, and desert trails all over the place!!!

I wish I knew so I could find one more for a full size spare. All I can tell is they are 6 spoke and have some funky center caps on only 3 and all the lug nuts are different and I can't even get them off.

nope...wd-40...picture was taken right after the tires where mounted and there was blue stuff on the sides of the tire so had to get it off...and NEVER armor all...hate that stuff.
