What is the stock lift on a 95 cherokee

I bought a Cherokee that has recently had its suspensions changed and I want to know if it is lifted or not already. What is the stock measurements from point to point to determine lift. Thanks

Middle of hub to bottom of flare is 17.5 inches in the back and 17 in the front. Or vice versa.

Got it backwards. 17.5 in the front, 17 in the rear.
