Big red vans one, norcal and its star, NRA(came with my xj so I kept mine lol) and a big grenade on each side window

looking for a decal i see some guy in a lifted chev or gmc around my town with it on but i never have a chance to talk to him yet... sticker says " if you got the nuts, follow my ruts" anyone know where i can pick it up at?
