E3s run about 6 bucks a pop right? That's not bad guess I'll go with those. And for wiring just any wire or should I go MSD?

You'll find several seasoned members here, who are in a position to know, that regular old Champion plugs are the way to go. Fancy plugs offer no real gains at best, and can actually hamper performance in a good number of cases. Spend your money on your wires, cap, rotor, and maybe your coil if your rig is pre-coil packs.

For plug wires: NAPA Premium
For plugs either old school champions, or with the coil packs Bosch Platinum.

Guess I may head down the Champion path as well. Do they have premiums or just one regular plug. Cause I always see how these parts stores have good, better, premium. Also what should u gap it at?

Replaces my plugs with the champions, wires I went with bosch. Also replaced the distributor cap, and distributor rotor. Jeep is running nice now! Before it was sputtering, glad it went away!
