what size tires do i need?

I have an 88 cherokee that im building. Im putting on a 4.5 inch to 5 inch lift. I have it just needs to install it. :-) I have a friend who can get me a good deal on tires. I want them to be off set pretty good run the cheap black steel rims. I wanna run 33s or 31s.so can i get measurements for the rims and wheels please.
Going to run super swampers.
Bolt pattern
Size of rim offset and size
And tire size

Engine: 4.0 HO

i have 4.5 inch lift and i got 31 inch tires, the wheels are 15x8 and i think the off set is like 3.5 ?? not totally sure on that but i am wanting 33's now, here is a reference pic
