Ahh well i guess i only have one spot to fix... not to bad. only the one spot i was expecting at min 3 from rust... but one, i can deal. :tea: Altho i got all my fluid changes done, got the diff fluids changed, new air filter. Still more to go but week by week!

Anyways... Anyone have some tips i should be doing when cutting out that part that is rusted and tips to putting a new peice of metal in?!

If it is not perforated, grind the rust off with a drill & wire wheel.

Clean off the rust dust and paint with Krylon Rust Tough paint.

If it is perforated, cut it out with a cutoff wheel or reciprocating saw. Weld in a new patch with a wire welder, grind and paint as above.
