What happens with doors off
Once you take the doors off and it rains, do you just let it rain in the jeep? i wouldnt mind it but i wouldnt want it to ruin anything.

Honestly though it depends on what you are looking to do with your jeep. If you want to keep it clean then I would recommend you keep the doors on, then again I wouldn't recommend wheeling it either. But maybe thats just me.

Never bothered me. Driving the raid hits the windshield, so not much gets in. Just make sure you park so the nose or tail faces into the wind. It'll basically mimic when your driving.

I just kept a tarp in the back and pulled it forward if I thought I was gonna rain. As for driving, just enjoy the funny looks.

cut the bottom half off the hinges so it forms a hook, basically just the bit at the bottom of the pin, then the doors lift right off, and slide back on with ease.
I have a set of hinges like that from my other jeep. I might eventually put them on this jeep, not sure.

The wiring will have quick disconnects. You may just have to trace them kinda far into the kick panel.
As for the hinges, folks have modded the new style hinges. Search.

I have a 98 XJ that I go doorless in on all nice days. Takes maybe 5mins total to put all the doors back on and plug in the wiring. My Jeep had 21 wires in the drivers door, and 20 in passenger (pwr windows/locks/mirrors/speakers), and the Grand harness has 24 wires for drivers side.
Pulling the wire connectors through the door jamb all the time got frustrating, so I spliced door connectors from a 94 (93-98 may be the same) Grand Cherokee into my front wiring to the plug is at the door jamb.
I used one of these to cut the door pins (dremel tool with small cut-off wheel) as nothing else will fit:
Looks like this with door removed:
Used a 3/16" bolt, rounded the tip, and welded it to the top part of the hinge mounted on the door (not the body).
Used a longer 3/16" bolt for the bottom pin:
This is how the top looks when door is mounted:
This is the bottom hinge (bad pic):
This is the thread I used to help with doing the doorless mod on my XJ:

This is another idea if you'd rather bolt them back on instead of welding pins in:
