what do you do when someone doesn't send part you paid for?
does anyone now how to deal with a situation when the person doesn't send a part that you paid for? i'm sure this isn't in the right section but i didn't know where to put it.

this is his screen name: AdvanceCustoms I did pay with pay pal for an antennae base. He told me he had been sick and that he would send it asap about 2 weeks ago this is already after another 3 weeks hod past from the original day i had sent him the money. Oh and I will be filing a claim at paypal. thanks everyone. Also it was listed under a 2000 xj part out but when i went back there to check his screen name was never listed in any of the responses. not sure what is going on there.

Honestly I just went through this, if you have his address
Contact the local PD and or Magistrate file complaints, send him copies of the complaints. Stand your ground post his contact info and phone number, and address on here. Hope for the best
Also offer local cherokee forum members something to go check it out in person for you.
All this worked for me I had my parts in 3 days after 5 months. Of fighting and arguing with him.
