Uniden, Midland or Cobra are all good choices in a CB radio. Get an SWR meter or find a friend that has one and tune the antenna radio combination. I can't say enough how important it is to tune your radio when you set it up and ANY TIME the antenna is changed (damaged, moved etc...).
