What did you do to your Cherokee today?

paid $4.37/gal for 14.6 gal = $63.80. (by the way, i went to the cheapest gas station, everyone else is $4.47-$4.5x for regular unleaded! here in Humboldt county NOR-CAL, we have the highest prices in the state w/ the highest prices in the nation.
drove her back home & gave her an oil change. castrol gtx high-mileage 10w-30 & fram filter. she took about 6 qts (actually 5 1/2 qts & i'm gonna add some lucas oil treatment tomorrow.) also greased any zerk fittings i could find. with some fresh blood in her, i ran around town trying to take care of other xj-related stuff, & didn't accomplish anything 'cuz this small town likes to roll up sidewalks early, especially sundays.

Brackets are just some angle welded on to the seat frame with the sliders off. Head room for me is about 5 to 6 inches and im 5'11" here is a pic of me sitting in them. Ill get more pics today and pm them or do a write up

i know this might not mean much to you but is your red Jeep a 88?
If so by the looks of the pinstriping on it and the color combo it looks like you have a special edition one year option of the Olympic package... just figure I would let you know...
