Yes, it would. My filter had over 100K on it when I changed it too, but nothing black came out of it. Just as a precaution, you might check it. Just sayin'.

I just bought some new running board metal and an antenna mount with antenna and cable!! Will take about two weeks to get here though

yup full relay harness, i actually have an extra switch because i just wired both of the relays to one switch instead of independantly.
