what did you do to your jeep today?
I completely ignored her.
reason: on the way home from work yesterday afternoon going up one of the hills on the freeway i heard these bangs coming from underneath the jeep every time i hit a bump in the road at 70 to 80kph.
the bloke that had the jeep before me me put on a custom exhaust & i'm hoping that was the problem, not enough clearance some where & its hitting when the jeep is accelating going up at that angle.
anyhow this is the 6th problem i've had with it since getting it a month ago
so i thought i'd better take a break from problem solving the jeep & do some yard work!

Finaly got around to painting my JCR stage III sliders. Now I have to solve my rust through/ no pinch seam problem on my rocker panels.

Got it stuck real bad!!
The day before i went through the hole next to it in 2wd! Go figure
Got it out after about 5 min and it didn't even skip a beat! It had about 10 inches of water in the pass. floorboard and even a tadpole swimming around!!! So after wheelin for about another hour i took it home and pulled out all of the carpet. No more nasty mildew smell

Finally got around to painting the other 2 factory rims on my '93 DD... I'd painted the drivers side about a month ago and then got busy working on the '89 and left it like that Glad to have them all the same now and I even had some help from 2 of the boys
