I was getting ready to replace the valve cover gasket because I had been smelling oil fumes for the past week or so
So i pop the hood to start, and guess what, my oil cap is off, and wedged between the fuel injector rail and the valve cover
i guess i forgot to put it back on
so no oil leak. YAY

Same thing happened to me about 7 years ago in my '80 Trans Am. Found out some jerk had been loosening my lugs. Back left wheel flew off going 40, hit the median, flew 30 feet in the air then landed on some lady's windshield coming the opposite direction. Nobody injured, just shaken up. Luckily, this happened literally right in front of my Ins. agent's office! Ran in to get a copy of my policy.
Made a cover for my subwoofer out of steel grill, so stuff/people in the back don't destroy it.
Also fixed my hatch so the right shock doesn't fall off, causing the hatch to fall on people.

Canceled my order with Quadratec for Black Rock 941 wheels, bc they were almost 8 weeks out. Placed an order with ok4WD, cost a little more, but they are on the truck right now heading my way
Got my 33's today. Looked at them set them up against her to think what it might look like. Rolled them into the garage to wait.
Supposed to be studying for my exam but I got XJ on my mind.

I can't afford to add anything on, so I decided to take something off . . .
Trimmed up front endcaps and wind dam. Looks mean now!

Too lazy today to drill out the rivets for the wind dam so I just chopped it. One day soon I'll finish the job . . .
