Pics taken. Found out I only have 3. I vaguely remember sending some to the junkyard when my 94 went away. So as to not clutter up this thread, I posted them on my parting out thread for your viewing pleasure.

Installed Brown Dog motor mounts and RC Offroad HD differential covers in the '91.
Instructions for the motor mounts said driver's side was easier to replace if the orig motor mount and bracket were removed together, new mount and bracket assembled out of the vehicle and installed after assembly. This worked out and the same approach worked for the passenger side as well, as removal of the thru-bolt was blocked by the oil filter adaptor on one side, and by an ac component on the other.
Think it was time?

Got my brake fluid and power steering fluid swapped out of the reservoirs this morning.
See what else I get done today.

Got an oil change and lube done.
Started to look like rain so called it a day.

Switch Panel!
To solve electrical issues on my 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I installed this aftermarket switch panel in place of the original Info Display (which is missing). One switch runs a new electric fan to supplement the mechanical fan on hot days, one runs the perfectly functional A/C compressor that wasn’t connected to anything, and one is reserved for a pair of aftermarket fog lights in the future.

So at least twice a year I try to get out to the 3 boneyards that are customers of the store. Just to look around. Don't even bring tools.
Unfortunately 2 have closed.
So I went this morning to the one remaining one. Since it was the first visit of the new season I brought a box of Dunkin Donuts.
Well it pays to be the guy that use to deliver their auto parts, I still work at the store just don't deliver anymore, and who shows up with donuts.
For free.
Some year I might try and put that '96 and down factory rear tire carrier on my '00. I picked up awhile back.
Figured a hard cover spare tire cover would be nicer.
I think those things have a cable lock of some sorts so people can't easily steal the cover. Guessing that is what go through the hole at
the top and the slit at the bottom. You can just make out the hole and slit at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions if you look closely.
A seam has pulled away at the top of it and don't see how it could be fixed easily.
Hey it is not to bad and what can you expect for free. LOL.

Picked up skids, bedlined and installed, also got a front license plate bracket to put the AL State Flag tag on. Bought a Sport grill and headlight doors too
I need to ditch this shackle and spacer lift for Upcountry or OME. Also have a new and painted rear bumper to put on since removing and my tire carrier.

I see you bolted in your valance too. Instead of riveting it back in like from the factory.
I did the same thing.
So you are putting the tire carrier back on?
Some more in depth pictures would be great.
Did you have a spare bumper cap?
Thought you trimmed that for the tire carrier.

I ditched it. Just rattled way too much. And then the clearance btw the tire and my hitch made loading and unloading my boat a pain. Got a new hatch as well. I need to post pics where I got rid of the 98+ headliner and went with the sound bar type and two sound bars. One for back seat and one over the front seat.

If I do the rear tire carrier I don't tow, or have a hitch for that matter, so that is not a problem but the rattling.....
Have to think about that for awhile.
Hey weren't you running 16" Moabs?

I have seen where guys have set up the second soundbar. That should be interesting.

I was looking at the KO2's myself for a second.
For the 16" Icons. And just in a stock size 225 70 16.
But they are not cheap and reality much more tire then I need for a DD.
Pricing looks so much better in a 235 75 15. LOL.

They ride so so so good and smooth and quiet. Definitely the best purchase I've made this far

Some say lowering the pressure helps. Some don't mind at all.
Poking around the KO's list the load range and it is a C. Makes for a better ride.
Which is why I glanced at them.
The thing I can't figure out is why more all seasons don't list them.

Just newer versions of the Coopers I am running on the Eccos.
And this is probably what I will end up buying assuming I ever get the Icons on the Jeep.
Plus I can save $10 a tire at that place cause they are local enough to make the trip worth it.
And I would by 5. Have to have a full size matching spare.
And mounting would be free cause my buddy has a tire machine and I know a garage that will balance all 5 for about $20.
Like I keep on saying. It pays to be the guy that delivers their auto parts. LOL.
Plus I would drop them all off and tell them when you get to them you get to them. Call me when you are done.
Giving them something to fill the slower moments.

There have been discussions of the load ranges in tires that are available in 16". Mostly D and E. Some people complain of a rough ride in Jeeps.
