Installed a rough country front bumper and winch today. Probably i will be hated but i like the original front bumper better than aftermarket with winch, too much work to go back. Oh well.

Not sure, some kind of rigid pipe stands. Rating was 2500 lbs on them so figured they'd work for the jeep.

I wanted to upload this photo to one of my albums but the layout is messed up and not functioning on my phone. Anyone else run into this? The site was working on my phone last night....

You shouldn't have to adjust backlash at all with a lunch box install. They all add a lot more slop, but trying to take up the slop by adjusting the gear set will destroy the ring and pinion quick.

hmmm.. // not sure how to describe it.. but the differential would make a loud noise every so often.. mostly during starting from stop.. or rolling slow in a parking lot.. mechanic looked at it and said there was room for some adjustment on the backlash of the gears.. do you have any other suggestions on what would cause that.. or a remedy?

Not sure, but a lunch box locker definitely adds slop and can't really be adjusted out.
