painted wiper arms and installed new silicon wipers and new oiled air filter. I Just had head rebuilt new pushrods cleaned lifters (wished I had replaced them) new oil pump and complete gasket kit. and rebuilt 4 hole injectors. runs great with a little lifter clatter but 20.5 mpg!
Started the lift on brothers XJ got rear done. Now to do Front and replace front axle with lift. Has a low pinion now but already went threw a high pinion front axle for him and also installed a spartan locker so will be a nice upgrade going with control arm drops for now cant talk him into long arm just yet!
Also got the 35's on mine and selling the 33's to him for his!
Looking forward to installing these so I can see at night Also going to clean and detail up the door jams tailgate. Just a wee-bit of rust neutralizer needed on the drain hole areas of one door. I'll re-spray it with some paint once done to keep it clean looking. Hood and engine bay next week.
Yesterday...Installed a new wheel bearing and new brake rotor on front left wheel. Napa replaced both free of charge after they gave me the wrong bearing which damaged my brand new rotor.
Greased the front drive shaft and leaf spring shackles.
Tried to straighten the steering wheel by adjusting the tie rod but no luck, it is still turned to the left.
Topped off the t-case fluid.
Discovered that the T-case has a loose connection to the front drive shaft. Will take drive shaft off to tighten a possible loose bolt when I get a chance.

Drag link is what turns the steering wheel, not the tie rod. Tie rod does toe in and toe out.
I converted over to the Yukon Spin Free Locking Hubs.
A couple years ago I installed a TrueTrac in my front Dana 30 and noticed a loss of 3-4 gallons in gas mileage. I will annotate gas mileage over the next month and post an update.
