Picked these up for $150 at a yard sale today. What a deal.

Picked up a amp install wiring kit on the way home and installed it in the Grand. WOW it rattles a lot more now. I didn't install the crossover or the tweeters.

not what i did yet,but got for redmuck. a couple of hood vents off some foreign car, they were on the edge of the hood next to the windshield,i guess to suck in fresh air for the inside. no pics yet,but im thinking of laying them longways side to side, in the back and middle of the hood, they are curved and kinda look like wings that way. oh and another prebent vacuum hose for brake booster,it felt more solid then the one on redmuck.

Replaced the bulb in my center high mounted brake light.

It bugs me whenever somebody has one that doesn't work, it bugs me even more if it's mine.

For example: I did an entire front axle swap, from start to finish in about 5 hours, by myself in my driveway.
I know what you mean. Much easier to just drop the axle down than deal with compressors. I got the loaners from autozone. It was the inner shaft fork type which won't work b/c the bump towers are in the way.

I also did an entire swap in my driveway by myself, took 8 hrs.

Just when things couldn't get any more annoying. The jack slipped when I was letting it down an F'n bent my oil pan!!:censor ed:
Finished my CPS. Drove it around worked fine until my oil pressure dropped to 0 at idle . must have bent the pan in a way so the pickup can't get oil . FML. Guess the work never ends. Next project. New oil pan, pickup screen, and guess I will do the rear main while I am at it

Finally drove my jeep since putting on crager V-5's with 31" BF Goodrich M/T's, and bushwacker cut out flares.

New tires make a world of difference off road.

Post pics later.

Reminds me of an encounter I had with a man in the grocery store parking lot last winter.

Him: "How does that do in the snow?" <points at my Jeep>

Me: "It does fine."

Him: "My brother in law has one. It's terrible in the snow. Worst car he's ever had."

Me: "What kind of tires does he have?"

Him: "I don't know. It can't make that much difference."

Me:

You just can't fix that kind of stupid.
