Now that really blows. Was it the front or rear? Because with a good spotter and the right line, you could go a ways (not everywhere) in 2wd Low.

No it's the rear, the front has been gone for months after the centering yoke for that double garden went bad. It the rear that I need most. In 2wd I can go pretty much anywhere with the locker. Only time I used 4x4 is steep hill climbing.

If you have a SYE installed you can run a stock xj front shaft in the rear

No I can't. I have a manual transmission. It's shorter than an AW4. Front xj shafts don't work

lol... I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. 35's are nominal for that gearing, but I've certainly seen plenty run 33's on them... better final crawl ratio that way.
