Gave it a tune up: new Champion Pt plugs, wires, cap and rotor.
Installed a couple of small, cheapy LED light strips inside: one beneath the the little stuff holder below the glove box, and one around the base of the steering column. (I've always thought the interior is a little dark at night- the inst cluster lights etc. just don't provide enough light inside.) I repurposed the wiring to the ashtray lamp for this one, since the light socket had a nice little connector from it to the wiring harness that was easliy accessed from under the dash : clipped the hot and ground wires from the lamp socket, spliced each to the wires on the light strips, and viola - light strips come on when the headlamps are on :-) Nifty...and I will take some effin pictures soon...

Changed my right-front axel u-joint mostly by myself for the first time. Had to buy a bigger hammer. That's the most expensive thing I've ever hit with a hand-sledge.
