Spent most of the day at the 4x4 shop today. Got my lower control arm mounts welded back on. Got a front end aliment and changed my air filter. Then hung out at the shop. Getting her ready for next weeks Beasly's **** ride.
Finally herculined my floor.... and ripped out my dash to replace my heater core and blend door while I was in there taking stuff out. PITA!
I'm about to go back in the shop to put the seats back in....

Got off work at 7am went to start it and it did not start. Used a co-workers vehicle for a jump.

went up this ledge last night (sorry for the dark photos will have day time photos come friday) the ledge was as tall as my high beams and it took some crafty skinny pedal work to get al the way over(not pictured)
and here is some of the river bed with ledges maybe 15" or so

Continued spraying all my suspension with kroil in preparation for doing my lift sat.

rebuilt the carburator on my 85, got it running nice, fixed some unneeded wires..i call them unneed because i dont know what they were for and it still runs good. then proceeded to take a test ride and ended up breaking the shift linkage somewhere

Done. And I'm surprised at how accurate the temp gauge actually is. I had estimated the existing stat was a 160 based on needle position and it certainly was. The new 195 runs exactly where it should as well.
