This freaking statement right here. X100. Forever. This is the main reason I can't stand JKs. Someone decided to add a pair of doors to the wrangler and suddenly everybody and their dog are "jeep owners" without really understanding the level of compromise that title once embodied. I know it's a cliche, but it bugs me how mainstream the wrangler has become.

Sorry, /end of rant.

I don't hate em. Run it man, screw the haters and elitists. I've run many lifts including rough country which was my last one purchased. I ran their long arm kit at 4.5-5" it worked flawlessly and often out performed and out flexed other kits $1000 more expensive. I did weld the kit on as well as bolted like the install instruction said to. I welded cause why not. Nothing wrong with the company. Never look for any free nickels on forums, some one will always bash ur $hit and claim their old man bastard bird 2.5" lift that cost $900 will out perform any 4" lift from rough country.

Haha. It's whatever man. I've had a few rc lifts on jeeps. Never broke one. It's never failed. I've bashed every jeep I've ever owned. I mean bashed them hard. Most didn't have titles and weren't street legal. And I've never. Say this again. Never had one fail. Yeah. It's not a 1000 dollar lift. But I don't need those to go places off road. I had a xj with cut fenders. Coil spacers and welded front and rear and I went places new expensive built jeeps couldn't. Or they just didn't want to bash their costly lifts like I would my factory suspension

well. Sadly there are some 80 year old jeep owners saying the same thing about us and our Cherokees. I have a jku. I love it. It's capable. A lot safer than a old cj7. And my whole family can go comfortably. Who cares if everyone and their dog becomes jeep people. Hopefully the inexperienced will fill the junk yards with a plentiful supply of jku parts just for me

been thinking about how i want to organized all the junk in my jeep, whipped this up in sketchup.

i wanted to have a flat deck to set stuff on and be able to keep my tire in the back(i dont care for a tire carrier to much cause it blocks the crap out of my view lol) the drawer will hold all recovery gear smaller trail spare stuff, tools

will probably have a drop down door to cover the spare to make it look cleaner

and ill install some sort of tie downs on the deck as well

i am also aware the wheel wells are quite right but most measurements were guesses as i did not want to go measure stuff haha
