Yes it does 7 bolts per side. Its 3/8"(1 gauge) steel and the mounts are 1/4" and gussetted. and i used a class 3 1 1/4" ball mount that is cut thru and welded in solid for a tug point.

sdfasdfasdfas. Today I figured out that my bumper build isn't going to happen anytime soon. The buddy's welder that I'm borrowing will only weld 1/8th steel and thats with crappy penetration. It just doesn't have the power I need to build a bumper. So until I can get access to something that will burn at least 1/4" steel, I'm SOL on bumpers. I'm going to look around and see about Financing a Hobart Handler 210 since I don't have $900 to put up for a welder and have been looking around at ways to build credit anyways. I figure a monthly payment should be pretty cheap for that small amount of money.

just another option
Its pretty much the same unit, just different casing, and made in a different Factory with slightly cheaper parts. Basically the Miller is the professional level and Hobart is the Hobbyist welder and thus a bit cheaper. It'd be plenty for what I'd need and I know I'd use the **** out of it.

Well. I swapped an 29 spline 8.25 with 3.55's and the matching d30 with 3.55 into my jeep. And found out while test driving my 8.25 has a lsd! :] So I am happy.
I ordered JKS bar pin eliminators and replaced a few nuts and bolts so they looked prettier. Then just went through and did some tightening of other bolts.
I really need to get on it with upgrading the battery terminals and cables.
