Cleaned an polished the wheels.
Before

After

By the way, don't ever buy this crap.

Thought I'd save a couple bucks by getting this instead of Blue Magic or Mothers aluminum polish and I guess you get what you pay for.
Blue Magic would have made these look brand new.

Yesterday dug into (literally)the buried XJ for some project parts, Today the Nyala Pooch and I did another coat paint prep on the new tank. Next week we'll have the fresh pump and tank vents in place and do a tank swap on the Peep. No more patching. Today check fluids and grease the fittings, good to go.
Meanwhile inside Clint was working a skid plate mod and out we went for some testing. Chaining up the Peep is mighty tempting.

mounted my solar panel today!
going to power a 12v battery in the back hooked up to a power inverter....gives me a good way to run work lights, charge laptops, ect. all without running down the cars battery or burning fuel.
the panel folds down flat when driving around, and can be angled up to better catch the sun when in use.
