Yes. Not that hard. Because of the aftermarket rear bumper that added several more bolts and more work. If you have a stock bumper, I do t know if you have to remove it or not. Obliviously you have to drop the skid plate that covers the fuel tank.

On a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being easy. I would go with a 1. Straight up loosen bolts and tighten bolts. Maybe a 1.5 if doing it solo. Balancing the tank on jack stands can get aggervating.

One way to make it easier to drop the tank-use a transmission jack. Rent or borrow if you don't have one. Makes it way easier. Also, wait until your tank is almost empty, obviously, as it also helps...

Went to extract a rear bleeder screw and broke the extractor. Replaced cylinder. Replaced more brake line. On the plus side, now I have brand new brake lines on most of the rear brake line.

Replaced the hub bearings. Super easy and fast with the manual hub conversion in place. Took less than an hour to do both sides. Also, adjusted the kick down cable. Everything is nice and smooth again.

Scored an overhead console out of a '91 at the junkyard! That's the good side....Bad side is after pulling the headliner to install the brackets, I confirmed my suspicion of the roof cross-members are seperated from the roof. Decent news is the two rear lights on the console work! Can't get the fronts working....Of course, I forgot the harness for the display at the junkyard, so does that have something to do with it?

Another plus is the roof is clean of rust, aside from little spots on the inside. The outside has surface rust, but it'll be taken care of soon.

yea after alot of reading i figured a stock 5.3 would be a much better choice than a stroker. probly more $$$ involved but ill probly have more reliability and a much new engine.

i just need to do more reading and get a DD for when the xj's down

i doubt itll happen for a couple years still unless my 4.0 decides to blow up soon
