Replaced my vacuum harness, replaced CCV in/out, replaced fuel vapor lines from charcoal canister, replaced door seal on rear passenger, installed ZJ (V8) front springs to level things out, began modding ZJ overhead console for XJ, replaced knock sensor, rehabbed 7" old school lights so they don't look quite so... 70s baja bug.

Turned out nice, I think. Now to do the other three lights and install the HID bulbs and ballasts.

If those are SAE grade 5 or even grade 2 washers I strongly recommend replacing them with something hardened. Stress through the suspension can flatten those soft metal washers easily and leave the bolts loose

X2 on this...it's hard to see the bolt head markings in the pic, but they look like grade 5 from here...I'd suggest replacing them with grade 8 if so...

Bolts look fine from here... shackle is OE and leaf eye is typical ISO class 12.9. I'm just used to seeing hardened washers yellow zinc plated (SAE 8) or the strange black stuff (ISO 12.9)

Going to 29-spline too? I assume it's a 27 because your profile says your XJ is a '95
