Found this on the Texas shore line 8.3 miles east of High Island, TX. In one pic you can see the Jeep peeking around. It was a nice day to drive about 20 miles on mostly empty beach in the Jeep.
Also got some pics of a funnel cloud. Not that uncommon along the coast they just turn into water spouts if they stay out over the open water. This one was just on the edge of the water so it never came all the way down.

ahh. I have another brace that goes with mine, but it's been fine, and I'll be getting a new bumper soon with recovery points so I'm not worried about it.

Changed the front diff fluid. Put 75-140 full synthetic valvoline limited slip gear oil in it. Helped the locker a bit and straightened out my bumper after landing on it backing down a hill I shouldn't of even tried. That's what happens when you show off for girls..

(Actually did this last Saturday) Installed mech temp gauge in the dash;put the dash back togeher; Installed the following- air filter box, hood, headlights, replaced headlight wiring, grill, front bumper, transfer case linkage,E-brake cable, rear driveshaft. That was enough for one day. Oh, I also installed an alternator and belt on a friends XJ.

Getting ready to pull my front bumper to test for my new one that I welded up. Was looking at it and I have not a clue what this black plastic ball is that's mounted to the back of the stock bumper. Does it have something to do with emissions? What do I do with it when I install my new bumper? Lol.
