Worked on passenger side door. Semi-repaired the ...well, I dunno what's it's called: the door stop sliding thingie that keeps the door from fully opening. I filed down a screw for the missing part, and unbent the thing, and flattened out the door. The door opens wider, but it chirps across the screw lol. Another thing to add to my JY buy-list.

I was trying to fix the door droop though (of about 1/16-1/8 inch), which annoys the crap out of me. But my two T40 bits absolutely were too long (when attached to a ratchet) to get in there (the outside was fine). I need to get them all loose to properly position the door. So ...does someone make like a right-angle T40 wrench or something?

...I'm going to cross post this question on the ask-the-question thread.

Yo man... I'm likin' the lights and all, but talkin' about "guttin yer cat" is a "no-fly zone" on here unless you're talking about field dressing a feline ('cause it's illegal nation-wide)... I would edit your post before a moderator jumps down your neck about it... just sayin'

Yeah, those flares are awesome... can't wait until I can finally afford a set - I actually found a set that Rugged Ridge makes that are identical to these and the Bushwackers for about 150 cheaper a set on 4wheelonline.com plus free shipping...

Fixed my dash lights and tail lights. The headlight switch was shorting out and blowing the fuse. Replaced both and it all worked!

Check all the fluids under the hood. Found a way to route/mount my putch harness and relays so that they don't bounce around. I had hit a bump this morning and they flickered. A wire was loose. I pushed it back in and mounted it all up. Hopefully no more issues with that.

You can put a open end wrench of the appropriate size on the hex part of the torx bit meant for a 3/8 drive ratchet that way it's only the length of the bit in the door jam. I do this every time and they also make torx wrenches in single right angles just like Allen wrenches

Guess that's what happens when you hit a trail that was never hit with a vehicle before but it was still fun, the woods go on a ways. Will try and hit it again during the day see if I can make it further back.
