Worked on passenger side door. Semi-repaired the ...well, I dunno what's it's called: the door stop sliding thingie that keeps the door from fully opening. I filed down a screw for the missing part, and unbent the thing, and flattened out the door. The door opens wider, but it chirps across the screw lol. Another thing to add to my JY buy-list.
I was trying to fix the door droop though (of about 1/16-1/8 inch), which annoys the crap out of me. But my two T40 bits absolutely were too long (when attached to a ratchet) to get in there (the outside was fine). I need to get them all loose to properly position the door. So ...does someone make like a right-angle T40 wrench or something?
...I'm going to cross post this question on the ask-the-question thread.

Fixed my dash lights and tail lights. The headlight switch was shorting out and blowing the fuse. Replaced both and it all worked!
yesterday actually i built a 2x4 bumper doubled up (because i couldn't find a place that sold the steel i needed and I also put in a set of 3/4 inch lift shackels from rustys off-road breaking one of the upper bolts resulting in a 3 hour replacement job.... the other side only took me 10 minutes

Asessed the damages from last nights trail ride.
Dented front fender and fender flare
Broken side mirror
Busted tail lights
Guess that's what happens when you hit a trail that was never hit with a vehicle before but it was still fun, the woods go on a ways. Will try and hit it again during the day see if I can make it further back.
