Nothing, the mileage has slowly been dropping for some time, after I lifted it I still got decent mileage, around 275 a tank. Then 250, then 200, now not even 150. I've been keeping my foot out of it too. Had a tire on top but took it down, didn't notice that helping. Gonna replace the fuel filter, air filter and the o2 sensor and see if that helps at all. I do not think my manifold is leaking.

I havnt really heard of anyone going below 10mpg but i guess its possible with worn or damaged parts.

Im assuming your map or o2 sensors are bad. Thats crazy low numbers for an xj. When i disconect the vaccum line going to the map sensor the jeeo runs like **** and smells like its just dumping fuel into the engine.

Want an easy way to find vacuum leaks. Spray hoses carefully with throttle body/carb cleaner. You'll hear it when you've found it. I did it all the time on my 75 camaro and always works. Just a suggestion...I've never had an issue doing it.

Starting fluid works great as well. I would get a multimeter and start testing your sensors before you go replacing them randomly.. Would be much more cost effective.

I cant tell you off the top of my head how to test each sensor, but with some googling you might could find what you need. Posting in the ask a question thread on how to test whatever sensor you're gonna test would be beneficial as well.

pulled this nifty soundbar out of a junkyard jeep, haven't seen anyone else install a 97+ soundbar(probably because they look a lot worse than the earlier ones), but here's mine installed:

I'm not sure what the scuffing around the light is, but I can't see that when i'm in the jeep.
