I dd mine too. Rear is useless, our rear leaves are stiff enough as is. If you don't drive like a moron it is fine. Go drive it around and get a feel for it then decide for yourself

You can feel it in corners and if you drive stupidly but I never notice it being an issue unless I turn way to fast. I'd say a little smoother

I has a driver side sway bar link shear when I hit a pot hole and the suspension rebounded. I drove around two days with it broke until I finally felt the body diving on right hand turns, looked under the jeep and noticed the link was stuck in the spring. I replaced it and moved on. Now I'm reading all you guys who disconnect them and I'm curious maybe I didn't like the body roll because my shocks are shot and they allow more roll? I'm putting new shocks on after that ill try it out.

Wiring up a manual switch for my elec fan. Spring is just about here. I want to hold my tools without them freezing to my hands.... Probably could have worded that better oh well

If you have stock springs and shocks, you will have more body roll, stock suspension has lower spring rates and softer shocks than most lift kits.

Ok that makes sense. Figured its not something I'd want to do with a stock suspension. Guess its time to get serious about getting parts list ordered and get the lift under her and some tires.

I plan on removing my rear swaybar and I'm stock right now. I have a set of front discos for when I'm lifted, which should be happening soon....

dang. I first saw the picture, and was like I hope he's not doing that to people's yards, then I saw the suburban comment. for how small the XJs are, they do a great job at pulling big stuff out.

I ordered a set of Hella 500FF fogs along with a new Jeep hat and a little sunglasses holder thing that says Jeep for free shipping. Looking forward to getting that package. Hopefully I will install the lights next wednesday along with my tow hooks

Thanks Tim! Learned something new today What is different about them exactly? I love being able to know the years, approx., from a distance.

That's what I was thinking. Some careful High-Lift action and she'll probably look half-decent. and the door may even work!

What kinda discos you using? You going to fab them yourself? I was browsing some old threads on the forum of what other members did. When my stock sb link broke the rubber hose that goes into my front diff got pulled out when it flexed so I fixed it and gave it some slack.

That's funny about the suburban that's a school bus! People around here do what I call suburban 4x4n . You can drive down back roads and see tires tracks that go off the road through peoples yards then back on the road. It's destructive and I don't like it. I goto a park to play in the mud and there is tracks everywhere basically making the park look horrible. I took a video just have to post link after I upload.
I'm sitting here in parking lot and I've spotted two xjs already.
