...only got that far, and only on the passenger side. Upper shock bolts came out okay. The upper shackle bolt was a bit more of a chore.

With that, I called it a day ...old, cold, and ready for a shower & a beer lol.

Welded 1/4 inch plate to unibody rail and I'm makin a rear bumper this week and makin a stiffener or two

Fixed a severed wire in my oil pressure switch connector. Must have been cut by a previous mechanic for complaints on oil pressure fluctuation. Which is why nobody is touching this XJ but me so long as I own it.

I got a buddy that can mount my tires only need to take them in to be balanced

I broke my 4.0 ... Its in the shop now.. I was playing with my headlights for too long and ran my batt to low to start, so i hooked it up to a battery jump starter... It didn't work very good so it was just cranking.. I think it flooded... Let it sit over night bc It wouldn't start a half hour later.. battery was charged.. then the next day it started.. but it was... Really rough.. I drove it around for like an hour but everytime I came to a stop I could feel the motor shaking violently and stroking slow and out of order... Almost brings tears to the eye... Anyway hope the dealer can figure out what happened to it.

mines still out of commission, gotta some how change the power steering pump and reservoir in the rain and sleet today...
