That's what monkey wrenchs are for. Cracking monkeys in the head. Most monkeys can't swear in any known language that humans can decipher. How'd you know the monkey was swearing?

On a real note. Hope your radiator keeps your Jeep cool now. If you need any further advice that's what we are here for.

Changed the front brake pads. Ceramic pads are awesome. I can lock up the wheels again

Default Goodtimes!!

Upgraded cooling system with 3 row radiator. Installed transmission cooler. New speedo gear. Installed new water pump. Installed new thermostat. Broke thermostat housing. Swept the shop, went home and pouted about it.... The thing basically fought tooth and nail on this one. I had a problem at every turn! GOOOOOOOODTIMES!!! Ordered new housing and will pick it up tomorrow, only $13.00, I thought it would be more!! I'll get it wrapped up this week sometime. FWIW, I wouldn't be as far as I am if I did not have a friend's help with it. THANKS T.W.
It goes to show, a sh!tty time with a buddy is better than a good time alone! PEACE OUT JEEPHEADS!!!

OK, my buddy took care of the t-stat housing today while I was at work. Cool guy, huh!! Went and picked it up, and it works GREAT!! Took it out on the highway and it never got over 190 degrees. I love the open cooling system. If you have not done this mod and you are having heat issues, try it out. I got all of the info off the web. It ws pretty straight foward. The only problem I found was the overflow bottle will not mount in the factory location due to the electronics on the pasenger side fender well on the Renix models. I will buy a universal overfllow bottle. The factory one is tall and narrow, I need one that is wider and shallower to put it where I want. The trans cooler was a great upgrade as well. After driving the **** out of it, I could grab the metal cooling line and it was only warm. Much better than before. The best $26.00 I haev ever spent!
