After beating the crap out of my XJ last weekend on Twin Cone and China Wall trails, I replaced my right front axle u-joint (again) and my track bar. I think I may be a little to aggressive for my D-30. I also reattached my exhaust from the cat back.

This was my second time and it is very easy with a sledgehammer and a table vise. It now takes less than an hour from jacking it up to setting it down.

Took out all carpet in my 96.
In addition to rust holes letting water in, and door leaks, and leaving the windows open a lot... something under the dash (AC?) kept putting water on the passenger floor. And when I pulled that carpet up... how thoughtful!! Under the carpet, and the sound/insulator material (aka permasponge), the factory added an absorbent white pad, much like a diaper. Except a diaper you can NEVER CHANGE. So they obviously knew about the water entering in the front passenger floor, and decided a never-dry-diaper material was the most correct answer. Has anyone noticed this? Maybe it's really common on all cars, I have no idea. Seems irresponsible at best though, and evil-stink at worst.
No pix--camera is traveling with other family units.
Counted 12 good-size holes ranging from 3 fingers to 3 fists. Here we go.

A couple weeks ago I took the carpet out and applied spray on bedliner throughout my 89's interior no rust holes but it was soaked and smelled like poop under the carpet
