I've got a small rust hole in one of my rockers that I didn't even notice until I was taking the trim off the doors, but no other body rust to speak of, but every fastener on it is rusted. I've broken 12 bolts on it.

2 words, Areo Kroil. Look it up and find some, the BEST penetrating oil out there, makes pb blaster look like salt water.

 

Kroil is the real mechanic's secret

 

I use kroil at work, it's no better than blaster. Nothing is gonna make a bolt that has no threads left move. You should see come of the bolts I have pulled out of this thing.

 

I like deep creep made by seafoam so far i think it the best penetrating spray that I've used

 

Actually I've found the best penetrating fluid is ATF and acetone 50/50 mix. Back in 2007 machinist did an article on it and these are the actual numbers
