Ripped out my carpet. Found mold, mildew and rust. Oh and a 1999 gold coin in the floorboard in the back under the carpet. I wonder how it got there. Carpets never been removed... Anyways, going to remove the rust today and paint it with rust killer to hold it off till i can get my cage in and get everything bedlined. Might get it in in a month +/-.

Spray lined my factory flares, bought a roof basket from rollingstone. Going to spray the basket and install them sometime this weekend. Probably going to rip off my bent up front bumper and straighten that out if time permits.

Yesterday I rewired my subwoofer and took my roof rack to the welding shop where they are going to make brackets for the 4 rigid industries LED lights that I got for Christmas. Can wait to get it back and install them!!

Not today but yesterday I installed some new speakers in the front doors and moved the old ones to the back doors. Now I'm back to a 8.1 speaker system (4 pioneer 2way 5.25s in the doors, Sony 3 way 6x9s in the hatch, Sony tweeters in the a pillars and a 10inch kenwood sub in back)

Mine has lasted a few months now, I used a propane torch, I'm pretty sure the results will be the same.

I like rookies infront of me cause I can watch every move...now should you have engaged on the hill until he was fully clear? Idk...that would have been my thought process...just cause I've had it happen the other way around...rookie behind me, went down a ice hill, there was a tree across the bottom I had to stop for... And bam got hit... Totaled the jeep. Yet I rebuild it and still dd it.

That sucks tho. At least it appears to be cosmetic...better luck next time!

If a stinger is not properly braced It would probably just fold back causing more damage. But a good winch bumper would have helped. Keep the damage to the Xj to a minimum

Made it back up to South Dakota in it from Houston. ~20hrs straight and not a single hick up out of the thing. I'm almost proud of it.
