I've had tow hooks laying around for a few years with nothing to do with them. Threw them under my bumper mounts on each side. I'll go back and drill another hole threw and pull the bumper out to weld another nut on so I can stick a second bolt in later this week. It's not going anywhere though, it's a 7/16 grade 8 running through the frame and 1/4" piece of plate inside the frame.
