Default Todays XJ repair

Repaired the the rusty holes in my roof with some fiberglass. With holes at all 4 corners, the prep took most of the day.

I am planning on going home after work and replace my factory driving lights that only work half the time with some new baja lights I got at Kragen. Do some measureing on how far my track bar is out of adjustment after I fixed the mount for it and readjust then go do some flex tests. e s

Put two Baja driving lights underneath my rear bumper and wired them to come on only in reverse.

a1racer: I used the driving lights. They really really fill in the "gap" of darkness between the stock beams and extends their reach. Now I want to buy more to mount on the roof but need the money to replace my d35 with a c8.35 or whatever my local junkyard has that is better and bolt in. I also need to get a better alternator because I have 2 Hellas, my headlights and a 1000watt system all running off a 90amp alternator.

No, you need to put them on a switch so you can laser someone behind you who is brightlighting you.

I installed my XJ Pod and Pioneer 8" sub, wired it to the 800W Pioneer amp. Then I pulled the tailgate trim panel and replaced the first of 2 rear speakers with Pioneer 3-ways.

yeah defiantly upgrade the alternator and i would add like a 2 to 5 farad capacitor to the mix to help keep the voltage stable across that system. and get some hella e-codes and you wont even need the driving lights for the most part they are the number one mod i have done
