Wheeled it. Doorless. With my new tube doors. And got sucked into the mud.
Flexed it almost all the way out on a rock too, front coil has about an inch drop. Not bad for just adj lca and stock uca.
Also pulled my buddies wrongler out, go figure...

Not today but yesterday (Sunday) went on a 350 mile round trip to visit the rellies in the country, no problems with driving but got pulled over by police 50 miles out of their area
they put a work order on my car because they said my bushwhacker flares are illegal. They said they are only allowed to stick out from the body 7 centimetres. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

from what I understand, the rating should be 3x the weight of the vehicle. This is to account for the additional resistance from being stuck in mud or between rocks. In the case of a cherokee, that would be 3357# x 3 = 10,071#. I'd say if you're going to spend the money, do it right the first time and get a 10k winch. That way you know it won't burn up or break the cable on a long pull.

havent started mine in 10 days, maybe start it today after work. maybe even take it to the car wash and wash out the interior. have about 50 old water bottles so should probably clean that out, and give my friend the smoke stack back for his truck...hmm.

Took my beauty out on Saturday for a test trail. Just got it back last week but everything seems in order. The only real problem at the moment is the u-joints on the rear drive shaft.
Greased every zirk in the drivetrain to keep my all new parts in good working order. Next weekend if I have the money I will be assymbling my 3" abs pipe snorkel. I've always just chances water crossings and made sure the headlight bezel never touched water, soon it won't matter. Dual ball mounts on the rear 1/4's with 6" springs 102" stainless steel whips! That's something I've dreamed of for a long time. It's not even completely the functionality but the character I'm going for.
