Tried to find the cause of my gauges turning off and my airbag light coming on....unsuccessful, but I did determine that if I smack my dash it fixes it...I still need to find a permanent fix (I'm guessing it's a loose wire)

 

Installed bull bar and stock fog lights just for looks, until I get better ones

 

Pulled the front sway bar & bushings on my XJ. Stripped everything down to bear metal & wiped it down with picklex20 & repainted it. Replaced the bushings (after going to all of the autoparts stores because I had the wrong poly bushing for the end links). Ended up at Eastern 4x4 in VA Beach & got a set of bushings.

Got everything back on and greased up & looking good & now I don't rattle when I hit bumps.... lol

Oh, and greased all of the hinges & locks & every under the Jeep I could get too.


Got to do the passengers floor pan next.

Replaced my fuel filter and installed 6 new upgraded fuel injectors.

 

Cleaned the throttle body and IAC.

Yeah its the new one that quadratec has... Pretty nice design but looks heavy and bulky to me but i still like it... I'm about to dig into mine to look for vaccum leaks and work on electrical stuff...

 

Yesterday my rearview mirror fell off. Some could say it was from the hot as heck heat but I say my girl was mad cause I started her, prepped her for a good drive to Pennsylvania , but took the Altima cause my girl lies her AC. Plus we could break in her new tires and new belt I got done a few days back. Oh went off topic, lol, I fixed my
Mirror today.
