im getting ready to clean the hell out of my jeep and repaint the whole under body and cover up any rust i find and make it look mint as hell cause it needs it haha. and get everything i need to keep lifting it just a little bit more.

Got my treadwrights mounted today. Had super fast shipping and they look great.

 

The hood flew up once before so they got the dents out, primed and sanded, ready for paint in a couple days.

Cleaned the JY driver's seat pedestal/track I'm going to put in my '92 Laredo soon.

Glued the driver's door rubber cladding back on.

 

Went to PickAPart and got a new hitch and not stips for the rig. Put old one on daughters ZJ, hung down too far on the XJ. Installed Hitch on the XJ. I think it is an OEM.

 

I spent 3 hours cleaning mine. I vacuumed the entire interior, wiped the entire interior clean. Then used Armor All on all the plastic stuff. The interior looks brand new.

I washed and waxed the outside. Cleaned all the brake dust and road grime off of the wheels, and used Armor All on the tires. It looks new on the outside aside from a few rock chips on the front bumper.

 

attemted to fit a bling grill only to find some of the fittings fubar

 

took starter apart yesterday cleaned it put it back together seems to be workin like new waitin on some brushes so o ican rebuild the alt and starter so there is no worries out in the trails

 

drove mine to the junkyard. Not to get rid of it though- I work there.

I need wipers! I can see better with them off than on. Going to see if there are any good ones on the XJs here later. I <3 my job. This place is sloooow due to the crappy weather this week- you Indiana guys need to come buy some parts from me. I have 7-8 xjs.

It is a beast of a truck, but I love it.

 

rebuilt front driveshaft, tested it out and my 4low. 1st change since doing the SYE. I aint a mall crawler anymore, she has seen the dirt!

 

Well today i decided to paint the stock wheels semi-gloss black they turned out ok i like them they should hold me over until the funds for the Cragars arrive......
