It's been an interesting week do far. Put in my 80w hella bulbs, adjusted them accordingly. Also found my upper shackle bolts loose as hell so today I fix that I the street with one of the mechanics. More details and pics to come when I can get them off my phone.

some rust how should i go at it over lap on good metal or lip to lip

Decided to do a body check on my 98 sport
and
first place i look has some rust....
Probably going to rivet a peice over after i remove rust

Are you welding it? Id butt them together and weld it, make sure to spot weld it to the unibody as well and use seam sealer after your done then paint, I just did all mine

I don't think I will get away with bending that tie-rod. Its a Currie Currectlync so they are 1.25" solid rods. I think I am going to get some JCR sway bar mount re-locators, that way if I want to go OTK I should be clear.

just got my jeep back form my wife yesterday, got her car running agian!
spent yesterday vacuming, and cleaning carpets. (cigarette ashes everywhere) she keeps house very clean, but it totall fail when it comes to keeping a car/truck/jeep clean. today after i repair her PC, if i have time, im gonna clean up some inside wires in the jeep.

Ah. Incidentally, that's why I stayed away from the Currie setup.
