If you gotta have a snorkel, $120 ain't a bad way to go! Especially when you look at ARB's MSRP of $619.52 for their snorkel.
sweet! well, i hope the guy still has these kits once I decide to grab one. I've always like the look of the ARB snorkels and these look really similar. I just can't justify one right now when I have other stuff that takes priority (4wd conversion) and baby #3 on the way

Went to the 4WP event down here at the West Palm Beach store, of course, hit the rock pile. Tonight, I finally got rid of the stupid milk crates and the ammo cans and replaced it with a trunk. The ammo casses are in there but contain the same stuff. The trunk holds everything else.

Not to go into it too much, I was finding that even with stock flares I had water flying everywhere. It isnt so bad. Worst part is though having water flyin into cab during a normal drive

I had to.stack logs to get across. Only I got across on my stock lift and oversized tires.

I didn't want to do it, either. But someone here turned me on to Serious Offroad Products, who had it for $350. Turns out Serious Offroad is a vendor here, too, and offered a 5% discount, which pretty much paid for the shipping. So I justified my purchase by saying I got $100 off. Besides, if I'm going to paint, I might as well do all my trimming now so I don't try cutting into good paint later.

I noticed that, too. And I even have comparatively small tires (30's). So I figured, how much more of a mess is it going to be if I have no flares at all and I eventually get bigger tires??! I think the flat flares give a slightly better coverage than the originals. And don't forget, we're not just protecting from water, but from rocks, sand, and other crap on the road.

Not today, but yesterday, I did the oil change on my white beast. Oil pressure was low prior to it and it's better now. I will change the oil pressure sending unit this week.

A couple weeks behind but here is my latest. A new rear bumper/tire swing (Rockhard 4x4) and new front bumper with receiver (Olympia).

Been a slow day at work and seeing how it's Sunday I'm the only one working! Rotated and rebalanced my 33s pulled her out into the sunshine pulled all my old speakers out, replaced them with some nice new kicker 5.25" door speakers I bought at best buy last night pulled my blown sub out of the box aswell as my non blown sub and put two new kicker subs in. Not a bad day at all, bonus I'm getting paid to work on my jeep!
