Just went to work.
One of the Marines at the gate this morning, halfway through doing the security sweep on the 'Manche, exclaimed "WOAH! This is one of those Jeep trucks! These are like the most reliable things ever. Where'd you get it?!"
It was a great feeling at first, until I looked behind me. Armed Marines don't like when the guy doing a security check suddenly yells in excitement...

Nice disco's, did mine same way, kinda PITA w/o the shackle to allow it to be tucked up, but 15 bucks makes it worth it.
Either way, cleaned the TB. Still need to clean the **** out of the manifold itself, though..

Installed the adjustable trac bar today. Nice to see the axle centered again. Good thing it fits, pass side rear leaf spring front eye gave out on my stocker going over some rr tracks. (sarcastic voice) oh darn I have to drive my rig to work!

Mine was doing that plus riding up the outer edge of the pulleys and stripping the edge off the last rib. It was the power steering pulley that was out of alignment. I had to get the installer/puller and press it on a little more. It stopped squealing and it quit moving around. If all your pulleys are aligned then it might be your idler pulley bearing, fan pulley bearing or AC bearing dragging and causing the belt to slip and squeal.
Have you replaced any thing like the pwr steering pump? Or alternator? ect.
With it running look for side to side movement of the belt riding back and forth across any of the pulleys.
