Mine started messing up today. Ive got a new radiator and fan clutch from autozone which are slightly larger than stock. and today after a week and a half of driving with no shroud, my fan will hit the black metal in front of it on takeoffs. It really freaked me out hearing that noise and i dont know why it suddenly started happening today but im gonna take a look at it tomorrow.

Its pretty easy, much better to DIY than pay a truck stop $80 to do 30 minutes of work
