put new lamps and bulbs on the other day so today was new harness day. lacking instructions caused me about four extra hours of questioning and extra wiring. Finally, figured out the original harness plans and it took a half hour.

so now i have all the wiring done from the bumper to the cab switches for when i do fog lights. yay

But, the long and short of it is, it is worth upgrading the headlamp harness for 80/100 watt halogen bulbs. Now I can tell that my lights are on and not just that, that they can actually light up the road.

(stock headlights are worthless)

after searching and lookin at pics of the rigs on here without flares... and my wife saying it wont look good... i removed my stock flares and installed my CB.

i like the way it looks without flares and the 4" b/s soft 8's. it will look even better when i finally put my lift on. camera is down but i will get some pics up soon.
